| 'Mahalakshmi' slated for release on May 4 |

Post-production works are in full swing for directed by fight master-turned-director Vijayan and produced by Smt Shanti Srihari on the banner of Sri Chalana Chitra, with Srihari and Suhasini in an important role. The film had completed its shooting recently. Srihari says, 'The film is the remake of a successful Malayalam film 'Chintamani Cola Case'. However, we made certain changes to suit the Telugu nativity. There is thrilling point from a real life incident in the original film. We are sure that the Telugu version of the film would also do well and the it would be a definite hit here. I am playing an advocate, who always fight for women. The film will have my style of action scenes, and at the same time there will be a good family drama. After completing the post-production formalities, we are planning to release the film on May 4.' |
