| 'Lakshmi Putrudu' has father-son sentiment |

In Telugu films, sentiment plays a key role. Several films have come out with sentiment playing an important role. It could be mother-son sentiment or brother-sister sentiment. At times, there are films with father-son sentiment. The latest flick of Udaykiran 'Lakshmiputrudu' falls in the last category. While Diya is playing the female lead, Satyaraj is playing an important role in the movie. Directed by Rajkapoor, the film had shot some scenes and songs in Kochin and Alleppey of Kerala on the lead roles and returned recently. Producer Polisetty Rambabu says, 'As per the story demand, we have to shoot some scenes in Kerala and hence we had been to Kerala and shot the film there. The scenes involving the father and son characters would remain a highlight in the film.' Music is by D Iman, lyrics are by Kandikonda, editing is by VT Vijayan while P Vijayavarma is the executive producer. |
