| Hexa Platinum disc for 'Raakhee' |

'Raakhee' directed by Krishnavamsi, presented by S Gopal Reddy and produced by Dr KL Narayana on the banner of Sri Durga Arts with Young Tiger NTR, Ileana and Charmme in the lead was released on December 22 with 270 prints and proved a big hit. Moreover, the Devisri Prasad gave melodious tunes to all the songs which had created ripples among the music lovers. To mark the occasion of the sale of over 6 lakh audiocassettes of the film the Hexa Platinum Disc function was organised. Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao attended the function as chief guest. He says, 'NTR is a big asset for the film. At the same time, Krishnavamsi's excellent taking had also helped for the victory of the film.' The artistes and technicians of the film had received shields through Dasari Narayana Rao. Several film personalities attended the programme. |
