| 'OD' 50 days function at Vijayawada |

Operation Duryodhana starring Srikanth, Nagababu and Mumaith Khan celebrated 50 days function at the Tummalapalli Kalakshetram in Vijayawada on Thursday. T Kutumba Rao presided over the function. Minster M Buddha Prasad, Huda chairma M Vishu, APCLP Vijay Kumar and others took part in the function. Posani Krishnamurali has directed the film for the Aman International films banner.Speaking on the occasion minister Buddha Prasad said that the film has proved that people will always welcoe good cinema. The film is inspired by the sting operation carried out by Tehlka.Posani said that he is enthused by the good response to his film and is now panning anew film 'Apadamokkula Vaadu' with Nagababu in the lead. The film is about the problems face by farmers in the state.Srikanth said that when he heard the story, he felt that a big actor should do it. But the director reposed confidence in me. Mumaith has dubbed for her role in the film. The artists and technicians received mementoes from the hands of the minister. |
