| Sholay remake clears hurdles |
|
It is well known that Ram Gopal Verma is remaking Sholay. However Sippy objected to this and so RGV has no choice but to rename the film as well as the names of the characters. Accordingly he has renamed the movie as Aag. Gabbar Singh's role is being played by Amitabh Bachchan and the role is now named as Babban singh. Similarly Basanthi has been renamed Gangroo. |
