| Tammareddy happy with response to film festival |
|
Prominent filmmaker Tammareddy Bharadwaja is very happy with the response to the International Film Festival that is underway in Hyderabad. He said that the aim of the festival, i.e. to bring international cinema closer to the Telugu audience has been fulfilled. He said that on an average 1,500 to 2,000 people were attending the festival and watching the movies. The festival showcases not only the films but also the technical values that would help the local artists in honing up their skills.
The seminars and workshops are of immense help to the young and aspiring filmmakers and other technicians. The nest film festival would be held in January 2008. Tammareddy thanked the sponsors for making the festival a success. |
