| 'Bangarukonda' shooting completes |

The shooting of 'Bangarukonda' directed by Kola Nag and produced by K Srinivas on the banner of SSR Films with Rishi, Navneet Kaur in the lead was completed recently. Speaking on the occasion, director Kola Nag says, 'How the hero and heroine solved a problem faced by them in an effective way is the subject. The film was moulded with the help of excellent technicians. The film was based on a typical concept. We gave the film a tagline called - Pakka Four Twenty.' Music director Ghantadi Krishna says, 'The film had good scope for music and the tunes in the film would attract all classes of audiences. I am confident that I would earn a good name for giving tunes to this film like my earlier film 'Sampangi'. Especially the song rendered by Shreya Ghoshal - Unnattundi Yedo Gubulu Modalaindi... - would remain a highlight.' Writer Marudhuri Raja says, 'The film basically had two elements - action and sentiment. The lyrics would be attractive and the music would be melodious.' Producer Srinivas says, 'We have shot the film for 100 days and a majority part of it was shot in Hyderabad alone. To suit the demand of the subject a part of the film was shot in Bangkok for 25 days. The film would earn a good name to the hero Rishi. Sunil gave fantastic comedy in the film.' The audio would be launched by next week and the producer is planning to release the film on June 18. MS Narayana, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Jeeva, Mallikarjuna Rao, Suttivelu, Vijayachander, Prashant Singh, Kadambari Kiran, Kallu Chidambaram, Chitram Sreenu, Bhasha, Radhakrishna, Jenny, Likhita, Abhinayasri, Ragini, Pavala Shyamala, Banda Jyothi, Junior Relangi, Sarika Ramachandra Rao are in the cast. Lyrics are by Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar, Jayasurya, Paidisetti Ram, action is by Ram-Lakshman, editing is by Gauthamraju, while story, screenplay and direction are by Kola Nag. |
