| 'Kantri' shooting in progress |

The shooting of 'Kantri' directed by Meher Ramesh, a protégé of Puri Jagannath, and produced by C Aswinidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies with NTR, Hamsika in the lead is progressing at a fast pace. Presently some action scenes are being shot at aluminium factory under the choreography of Stun Siva for the past few days. Besides NTR, Asish Vidyarthi, Subbaraju and others were involved in the shooting. It is learnt that the film unit is all set to leave for an abroad schedule on November 24 to the US, Malaysia and Singapore to can songs and to shoot some important scenes. Meher Ramesh, though making a debut as director in Telugu with this film, had two hit films to his credit as director in Kannada. |
