A mischievous and naughty young boy is transformed into a state rowdy. How and why this happens is the story of the film 'State Rowdy'. Sivaji is in the lead and Mallika Kapoor and Madhushalini are his leading ladies. Director Gandhi says that the young boy is asked to act state a rowdy by a person and he then gets himself deeply involved in the activities of the colony. He gets the tag of State Rowdy, but the tagline 'Veedikanth Scene Leedu' should gives an indication about the character of the hero. Srilekha is the music director and the film is being shot at Ooty and Araku. |
