Sanjay Dutt has been allowed to travel freely outside Mumbai. He was an accused in the bomb blasts case in 1993. He will not be required to appear in court personally each time when he wants to leave the city. He can travel all over India for his next ventures - 'Zinda', 'Vande Mataram 1971' and 'Deewar'.
