Another actress of 'Love, Sex, Etc', Sandhya Shetty filed a case against the director of the film Kallol Sen for a bounched cheque at Oshiwara police station. "When the first cheque of Rs 50,000 bounced, Sen told me he would issue a fresh one, which he did. He asked me to wait two weeks before depositing it. But that one bounced too. Sen told the senior officer he didn't have the money and that he would give it when he had the funds. The inspector advised me to go court. He avoided my calls. I had no option but to file a case. I got a date for September 27", says Sandhya. She also thinks his company DIGI Films in financial crisis.
