Saif Ali Khan and mom Sharmila Tagore Khan has signed together in Mahesh Manjrekar's 'Virudh' (bilingual). But after announcement of the role of Amitabh Bachchan's son in next film, Saif has declined the offer. Due to date problems he might step out from it and John Abraham likely to step into his position.
