We had pre-planned the promotion of the film, I had decided to personally promote it to the point and I did. Also, Farah is not only the director of my film, she is a friend. So, knowing that the film could ride on my back, I wanted the promotions and publicity to be led by Farah. Quite simply, I didn't want it to be pushed as a SRK film, I wanted it to be Farah Khan vehicle, which it is. This was her first film as director and I believe she must get the due credit for it all", he explains.
