Punctuality is a big problem in Bollywood. When one throw a party at 9 every body start coming at 12; and sometimes when you invite 1000 peoples, only 40 have come. Model-actress Malaika Arora Khan explains, "I think the only reason people come late is because they obviously want to make a grand entrance. But the flipside is that all of us are working and we have our own different lives. So by the time we unwind, it does take a considerable amount of time. As a host of the party it could be really annoying but you can't really say much unless it's a private party at your place. I think people just take it for granted that everyone's going to be late. But I make sure to be on time to every party I go to."
