Last Saturday, Koena Mitra's flat at Bandra was burnt to cinders due to a short circuit in the switchboard. The actress who lives alone in Mumbai has suffered loss of Lakhs of rupees as most of her possessions including the roof and the walls of her terrace flat have burnt to ashes. She is extremely distraught after the incident and says that she is sick of living alone in Mumbai. She is currently staying in with her friends and is planning to buy a new home in Mumbai's Versova area.
