Tara Sharma is always enthusiastic about fitness. Recently she participated in 7 km Dream Run held in Mumbai. She shares, "The experience was wonderful. The spirit was high and the atmosphere charged. We were first segregated into a Dream Team - comprising of sportsmen and actors - and were run before the Dream Run was actually flagged off. But then the turnout was unimaginable! And on seeing Sachin and Salman, the crowd went berserk. There would've been a stampede, had they not taken us to a safer place near the stage area." She adds, "I wanted to run anyway. So I managed to complete seven km in about 35 minutes. I run every day, so it was really no big deal. But next year I want to run the 21 km. That'll probably give a shock to my system."
