Rituporno Ghosh has just finished shooting for his black and white film, 'Dosar', starring Prasenjit and Konkona Sen Sharma. "It's a film about extra-marital relationships and infidelity. The film had to be in black and white because we wanted it like that. The shift from black and white to colour has been compulsive. It wasn't a technological option," he said.
Dosar is the story of a husband (Prasenjit), wife (Konkona) and the 'other woman' (played by Chandrayee Ghosh), who gets killed in an accident. The injured husband comes back to live with his wife and discovers a new meaning to his marriage.
His another film 'Antarmahal' (starring Abhishek Bachchan, Soha Ali Khan and Raima Sen) will be shown at the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland next month.
