These days Amisha Patel has been involve in few issues like - better environment and spastic-physically-mentally challenged children. She was invited as a guest of honor for an event where these children gathered. She spends time with them and touched by them. She reveals, "These children make you realize how lucky and privileged we all are and how special they are in spite of their shortcomings. And every time you meet them, you're back in touch with reality."
