Sushmita Sen is the first Indian woman, who won the Miss Universe title. "It feels like it was yesterday, and I have lived a lot between that yesterday and today, but that is the day my life began", she says. She believes that one moment of glory is not life...life is something more than that. Her message to the PFMI 2005 contestants: "Ever since Kiah has decided to be a part of PFMI, I am truly elated. I would like to wish all the contestants luck. You have to know when you walk up on the stage that being yourself is important. Believe in yourself and you are already a winner."
