Sunny Deol was in the mountains of Ladakh when the earthquake happened. He shares, "I'd shot the night before and the next morning everything started shaking and rocking. I thought that maybe it had something to do with the high altitude but then the windows and houses began rattling. I immediately realized it was an earthquake and made sure that the entire unit came out in the open. After a while, it was okay. The major worry was the fear of landslides post the earthquake. Except for a few roadblocks due to avalanches, it was fine. It could've been terrible. The mountains are a scary place to be stuck in when there's an earthquake."
