Filmmaker Saawan Kumar Tak has been accused of cheating by lyricist Jalees Sherwani. Jalees claims Saawan cheated by using his song 'Tu Mila De' and not giving him any credit for it. Jalees said, "It's unethical to do that. And when I confronted him, he told me to come and see him and offered me money and told me to forget about it. All that Saawan said was 'It happens all the time here, no need to create a scene over a trivial matter'. I refused his money and told him I want credit for my song."
