Kashmeera Shah and her husband Brad Listermann maligned Celina Jaitley's boyfriend Sean Teague by saying that he quit Brad's company without any notice. Celina denies it saying, "Sean considers Brad to be a good friend and he was really upset when they made nasty comments against him in print. They have damaged his professional career in India as well as abroad." Kashmeera also claims that it was she who introduced Celina to Sean. "Now that's ridiculous! Kash has been insisting that I should give a press statement saying the same. Why should I say something which is untrue?" explains Celina.
