Anupam Kher is busy preparing his students, aspiring actors at his school 'Actor Prepares'. Being a principal of the school is he strict? He replies, "Yes, when I have to be. I tool one of their lectures yesterday and as they had not done their homework I had given them earlier, I have them a scolding. They have to realize that in this industry no amount of effort is ever enough, and they can't take their teachers, facilities or their parent's money for granted."
