Madhur Bhandarkar is planning to make a flick on model Carol Gracias' recent wardrobe malfunction at the Mumbai fashion week. Surprised Carol laughs, "Is it? Well, the movie, I'm sure, will be bad and badly made." Some politician and activist accused her of doing these things for publicity. "If I had done it for publicity, I would have been talking about it. I have never spoken on the issue and don't want to," she says. "People ask me what I felt at that point. I felt exactly what any other woman would feel if she was in my place. Fashion is a serious business today. It's no more viewed just as entertainment," she adds. She maybe staring a business venture soon, even before she quit modeling.
On the other hand, Madhur explains, "I am making a film on the ramp to discover its various aspects. But my film will not be based on just Carol's malfunction. I feel Carol was gracious enough to hold her outfit and walk the ramp. It was bold of her. It was not deliberate. It can happen to any one of us."
