Milan Luthria is planning a film based on true story, produced by late Sunil Dutt's banner 'Ajanta Arts'. It's about 4 characters. Sanjay Dutt is an outlaw and Ajay Devgan is a cop chasing him down. 2 lead females are not finalized yet. Milan says, "The film would be shot in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. We will have an international crew and it will be an action adventure film. The film will have a kind of rugged look and will be shot in hazardous terrain. There is a possibility of us encountering anti social elements. Currently we are working on the script and getting the crew together. We are planning to begin the shooting by February or March 2007."
