Neetu Chandra of 'Garam Masala' fame has signed Madhur Bhandarkar's next flick titled 'Signal'. She has been cast opposite Kunal Khemu. "I am totally speechless. Because it's like a dream come true. It's a film wherein I am a solo heroine and am going to be directed by an ace director like Madhur Bhandarkar. It's a great feeling and I am totally excited", explains Neetu.
