After debut film 'Ishq Vishq', '36 China Town' has given Shahid Kapoor his second hit. He says from the US, where he is for the Rock Star concert, "It is satisfying to know that my film has done well. This makes a difference to a lot of people around me, because in the past, even though performance was appreciated my films were not hits. It seems like finally the jinx has worn off, and the audience has accepted Kareena and me a s couple on screen." He realized that for an actor, half the battle is won of he selects the right scripts. He did mistakes but also learnt from them. "I am working very hard, but I need to make the right choices, and I need to be a little more patient. Even though I am only 25...the only time and destiny will unfold," he admits.
