She offers, "I didn't accept simply because I do not have the mental makeup to be part of a reality show. I am an avid watcher of such shows, but to be scrutinized and criticized on TV by so many, well I can't take that! As I have always been in a hostel, I know what I would have to face there - petty politics and groupism - I didn't want to go back to it again. As for Shilpa, all these vices of the world were new to her as she's always had a very protective life and look she's survived it all." |
