 | Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai got engaged on Sunday evening at a quiet ceremony in Mumbai after returning from New York. Amitabh Bachchan confirms, "The children have decided. We are very happy and thought we should go ahead with the 'roka' ceremony. It was held in the evening." The Bachchans along with the Ambanis and Amar Singh went to Ash's Bandra residence in the 'La Mer' building with the 'shagun'. The couple exchanged rings there. Big B's mother is critically ill and admitted to Lilavati Hospital. So, he wants the wedding as early as possible. |
