She is Manyata, a close friend of Sanjay. Other friend of him informs, "Sanju met Manyata through a common friend. She has been a guiding force for Sanjay in his tension filled days. I am not aware what she does professionally. However, she stays in Lokhanwala and Sanju often visits her and she often visits Sanju's Bandra house.
