What happens when two handsome hunks fall in love with the same girl? A love triangle, you would say, right? A zany comedy, says David Dhawan.
Samir (Salman Khan) works as a lifeguard in Goa. Despite a bevy of bikini clad girls parading in front of him daily, he falls for Rani (Priyanka Chopra), an up-and-coming career minded designer.
Life for these love birds runs smoothly until Sunny enters the scene. He shares a flat with Samir. Being poles apart, both lads cannot get on. But what can they do? It is better to share the bills than pay the full rent!. When Sunny's eyes falls on Rani, he too gets hooked. So what follows is a series of funny escapades as the lads battle against each other to get the girl.
As for Rani, her life changes as she discovers a funny and adventurous lifestyle thanks to these guys. But who will she choose as her life long companion? Watch Mujhse Shaadi Karoge to find out. Director David Dhawan makes a comeback in the director' s chair after a respite of few years.
It’s the first time Salman has worked with Akshay and Priyanka, which helps the curiosity level. If David manages to return to form with this movie, the chances of scoring a hit are high.
Produced by Nadiadwala Grandson - Sajid Nadiadwala (Jeet, Judwa, Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega), the film has been scripted by Anees Bazmee and Rumi Jaffrey who are the men behind most of David Dhawan illogical masala flicks. Sanjay F. Gupta (Pyar Tune Kya Kiya, Qayamat, Plan) has shot the film in scenic locations of Goa while Farah Khan who is riding high with the success of Main Hoon Na has choreographed the songs. Sajid Wajid and Anu Malik have composed the music for the film.
The film is slated for a July 2004 release.
