It is known news that Akshay Kumar is back on TV as the host of the adventure reality series Khatron Ke Khiladi aka Fear Factor in Hindi but it is now learnt that he was approached by a popular channel to host a big quiz show. The prize money for the same would have been the biggest offered in Indian television history till date.
Our source claim to the Khiladi Kumar however reveals, “Akshay refused the offer. It wasn’t just money. Big moolah was offered to him for hosting the one of its kind quiz show but it is about his commitment. His date diary is full till 2010 end as he has already been committed to a number of mega projects. Taking up the quiz show hosting would mean adjusting and creating problems for his already made commitments. He is a thorough professional and therefore he didn’t wish to get tempted by the big offer."
However, the channelwalas are still persistent and hoping Akshay would change his mind once he is back from his Singapore shooting schedule of Priyadarshan's De Dana Dhan.
