Nine months ago, in June last year, Tabu and Upen Patel exchanging a long, sizzling kiss at a nightclub. Both had been drinking and having a good time with their respective friends. So the kiss, enjoyed in full public view, had been rather indulgently put down to good times and high spirits.
Tabu and Upen indulging in some flirtation all over again, even in more sober times. Upen has confided that to a friend that he finds Tabu “very hot” and also that he’s really attracted to her quick mind. With Tabu out of town, and in Hyderabad, more often than not, the flirtation has taken the route of the SMS. The two have been exchanging rather flirtatious SMSes lately, keeping up abanter about love and life.When the messages run dry, they have long conversations on the phone and make plans of meeting. Upen also went over to meet Tabu on her sets, where she was shooting for a film.
When asked to Upen about what’s the story between him and Tabu, he said that with great deliberation, he doesn’t know Tabu at all. But when asked to Tabu about about that she remained silent.
